[The video is only about five seconds or so of footage, filmed by someone who doesn't really seem to know what they're doing. It's set in what looks like a forest--the edge of the Gods Wood, to be exact--centered on a patch of recently displaced mud and grass. In the middle is a dirty, soggy, beaten up old wooden sign, apparently dug out of said patch of mud by hand.

Written on it are the words BALANCE MUST BE RESTORED.

About a month ago over 80 citizens of this world were killed by a group of bandits wearing a sun brand. The over-arching theme following that and investigating them has been a whole lot of harping on "balance".

If that was north of Kyst, it's... well, it might have been from that, or someone putting it there as a really awful, messed up joke.
