[ What's up, everybody? Zack hasn't been on the network much, but he is today! He looks very serious and businesslike, though he does spare a faint smile. ]

So...I know we've all got a lot on our minds right now, but since it looks like things are going to get hectic again pretty soon, I figured now's as good a time as any to mention training.

Non-lethal techniques, self-defense, wielding swords... If you'd like to learn or practice any of those, feel free to contact me.

I'm also on the lookout for sparring partners, but as a fair warning, I hit a bit harder than most people.

[ That's a bit of an understatement, but he's not about to broadcast everything he can do, you know. ]

[She sounded so defeated, cynical, sour, and tired at the same time. And maybe a little sarcastic. That was pretty much a given.]

I'm not really sure the whole Xena thing's for me, but... fuck. I need to figure something out.

[Something that didn't have her standing in the middle of a fight hoping something was around for her to throw at people. She was stuck here now, for better or worse. That meant adapting. Jessica wasn't the roll over and die type.]

I will say it's hard to go wrong with self-defense if you'd rather start there.

You're probably right. Besides, if I start at the shit bottom, I can only go up. Not like I have to untrain anything.

[She couldn't argue with that. Seeing her best friend bruised up had startled her, but not quite as much as the smaller woman being able to flip her over so easily. Against someone in Jessica's batting range, it was impressive.]
