( Arms crossed and hands tucked into his sleeve, Tsurumaru smiles casually as he speaks. )

I'm looking for someone with experience repairing swords. 

( Yes, it's important to get right to the point. No one has time for long winded introductions and explanations! But he supposes an explanation is still needed here so he sighs, running a hand through his hair, pushing back his bangs and scowling just a little, )

I visited a local smith and they were too rough. It felt more like a punishment than care… ( Really! It makes him shudder just thinking about it and he touches a thin scratch on his cheek, ) Eugh. My face still hurts…

( If the smith was going to handle his true form like that, they might as well have just slapped this human body across the face. )

It's a delicate blade and this is a… ( Hm, he doesn't want to have to explain everything right from the get go so he tries to find the right word, ) personal request.

[ bc lbh archer's just ended up in whatever tavern full of rowdy people he can find the last two days, simply because he can enjoy the crush of people around him, and when he tires of that, he can go sit on the roof and ~hang out~. ]

I suppose Kyst is the popular place these days.

( He's being sarcastic. Yeah, everyone goes there but it's not like he doesn't understand why. )

( And let's just say he gives some directions and specifics here. It's a quieter place, not exactly bustling with crowds or anything but fine enough. Tsurumaru just prefers a calmer atmosphere for something like this. Tsurumaru will wait for him there! He's probably folding a napkin or something at the table while he waits. His sword is on a chair next to him along with a small travel bag. )

archer rolls in not long after tsurumaru, having fulfilled whatever request had taken him here to kyst in the first place, and slides into the seat across the table without much fanfare. they garner the usual stares that a pair of mismatched otherworlders usually do, even in kyst. maybe its just because neither of them match with the general aesthetique of the room, stark white and red on black, set in among the dull browns and grey of normal life, or maybe its the hair. anime lookin weirdos... thankfully, nobody says anything. ]

What'd you do to earn that?

[ he's referring to the scratch on tsuru's face, of course, but watch it get misconstrued anyway because manners are IMPORTANT. ]

( They definitely stand out but he doesn't mind. He's used to being watched and he ignores them all easily enough. Waving a hand dismissively in the air-- )

Isn't something bound to happen if you fight enough?

( Really... bone and metal isn't exactly gentle on his blade. Even if he's stronger thanks to his master's magic, he's always been known for being delicate. But he'll start gathering up his things. Unlike Archer who has NO MANNERS, Tsurumaru has some respect and he isn't going to draw his blade in some random bar in neutral territory where people are just trying to have a good time. )

I did the host a favor so he's lent me a room for a while. ( Did some dishes, prepared some food for their dinner rush... small chores. ) Follow me.

( And he'll lead him to one of the rooms. He'll gently place his sword on the bed and pull himself up a chair. )

( On the bed. He'll allow you to sit next to him (the sword). )

Really... asking an archer for care. What a surprise!
