I don't know what the criteria is, but when they select a target, they'll ignore anyone else who tries to get involved.

If you know people that are stupid and self-destructive enough to go out at night, check up on them.

And if anyone has had luck tracking them, I'm interested to know how. I'll trade whatever information I have, or anything else you want.

i don't have a solid method for tracking, but two sets of eyes are better than one, right? ( technically three but she doesn't have time to explain Eclipse. )
