USERNAME: parker
( peter is Uncomfortable doing this. he tried desperately to change his username and nothing in his nerd brain and encyclopedic knowledge of coding languages has offered any respite from part of his name being attached to whatever he wanted to say. which means he has to be careful about what he says...
though, he's gotta ask, because he's gotta know. )
so, uh, quick q
anybody feeling weird? not... quite themselves..... . . . . since they got here
( that's it. short and sweet. hopefully it's vague enough to not indicate anything but still leading enough to possibly result in getting the answers he's hoping for. )

( which is wild and terrifying because Peter is not used to this many people having abilities. usually it's just him and then some supervillain, so it's understandably new for him. )
not sure a car would fit in around here, but i feel you on missing transportation that isn't behooved. i have only seen horses in central park i have never actually ridden on one

Consider yourself lucky. They're a pain in the ass, literally.
Central park though, that's over in the states, right?
[On Earth. Maybe the same Earth?]

great, so i guess i have that to look forward to. i'm starting to understand why people didn't travel in medieval times
right. NYC. i've lived there my entire life. you been?
no subject
Well, that and the whole lack of proper roads, bandits, and just general shittery that came with travel. Really though: horses are terrible.
[Wait....oops.]
New York! It's been a while since I've popped across the pond and checked it out, not a bad place all things considered. You could definitely have picked a worse place to live.

( tbh they have mirrors to travel so he'll probably be fine, can't be mugged through a mirror. .......right? )
i know it's slightly biased since i've never gone anywhere else but the fact i didn't want to go anywhere else has to mean something, right? it'll always be my city, it's been an experience trying to acclimate to being here instead

( but, hey, that was funny and he laughed, at least that's something. )

........not that it'd matter to me
( what a save... nobody will guess he's below the limit now!!! )

Age is just a suggestion, you do you and order all the wine you want.
no subject
but since this isn't the internet and i'm typing into a compass (????) it probably doesn't apply
( he's kidding. let's be real, he was going to do it all on his own even without a vouch of confidence. )

Wait, here, Crowley. Now I'm not a stranger, so the advice is totally legit.

much appreciated
